Mindful Fitness Walking consists of three parts.  

The first is learning how to become fully aware of the
movement of one's body in walking.  This is key to
developing present moment awareness.

The second part involves learning how to walk in harmony
with the body.   Through Mindful Fitness Walking, you will
learn how to place your foot in ways that are compatible
with the design of your body.   You will learn how to carry
your body in ways that will eliminate bodily tensions caused
by years of stress-inducing posture.

Third, when you engage in Mindful Fitness Walking, you'll
experience rigorous yet joyful cardio-vascular exercise.   

Mindful Fitness Walking integrates mind, body, emotions
and spirit into a single healthful activity.
